The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving it, according to the Consumer Protection Law. Therefore, Daichen has assigned an "After-Sales Service" team to strictly perform quality check on all returns.
If the customer returns the product without a specific reason, he may just change his mind, he will have to return the product in its original condition and no additional expenses will be applied to him.
The customer must inform us within 72 hours maximum from the date of receiving the product if he finds it does not match or has incorrect specifications.
To request a quality inspection review again, you can file a complaint regarding the result of the quality inspection within 48 hours upon receiving the product from the center and we will re-review and refund the value of the product if the complaint is proven correct.
The maximum SLA for return and refund is 15 days from the day of receipt.
Return of goods is only done by Daychen receiving the returned goods through one of its approved shipping service providers. The representative of the service provider will contact you to set an appointment to receive the item you wish to return within a period of three to five working days from your request to return the item, and Daychen guarantees you to return it completely free of charge, in this case, Daychen will pay the full shipping cost
and return your fully paid money back to you.
